There is no commitment of permanence or cancellation fees. Viwom is a pay-per-use service.
Your campaigns will be available for 12 months, in which you can reactivate your account. If after this time your account has not been reactivated, it will be removed with all the content of it.
A video impression is counted each time that your video is requested to the Viwom servers, regardless of whether it plays in the email or on a landing page. We don’t count it as a video impression when the user sees the preview GIF format.
Your video impressions are yours because you paid for them. As long as you don´t cancel your plan, those video impressions that haven’t been used will still be available on your counter
