If you cancel your plan, you cannot create more campaigns, but you will be able to log in to your account for 12 months to see all your campaign statistics. After 12 months your account will be deleted with all of its content, and your videos will be not shown anymore.
Normally, the number of video impressions in a video email campaign is between 85-95% of the email openings. We recommend you choose a plan that has the same number of video impressions as openings per month.
Your video impressions will just be added to your newly acquired plan, according to the price of the extra video impressions in the new plan.
A video impression is counted each time that your video is requested to the Viwom servers, regardless of whether it plays in the email or on a landing page. We don’t count it as a video impression when the user sees the preview GIF format.
Your video impressions are yours because you paid for them. If you don’t cancel your plan, those video impressions that haven’t been used will be added to your account for the next month without any expiration date.
